Capspace (“Capspace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Nistic. This Privacy Policy explains how Capspace handles information when you use the Capspace mobile application and related services.

1. Overview

Capspace is an image editing utility that helps users clean up and export screenshots. The app offers both free features and an optional one-time Pro purchase to unlock premium functionality such as batch export.

We aim to collect as little information as possible.

2. Information We Collect

a. Images and screenshots you choose to edit

When you use Capspace, you may select screenshots or images from your device’s photo library for editing.

These images are used only to provide the app’s functionality, such as:

• loading selected screenshots into the editor

• applying your chosen styling or cleanup options

• exporting the edited result back to your device

b. Purchase information

If you buy Capspace Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as whether your Pro purchase is active or restored, in order to unlock paid features in the app.

c. Device permissions

Capspace may request access to:

• Photos / Photo Library — to let you choose screenshots and save edited exports

You can manage permissions in your device settings at any time.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Capspace is designed to minimize data collection. Unless otherwise stated, we do not intentionally collect:

• account registration information

• usernames or passwords

• your contacts

• your messages

• your precise location

• your payment card details

4. How We Use Information

We use information only as needed to operate the app, including to:

• provide screenshot editing and export features

• process and restore your Pro purchase entitlement

• maintain app functionality

• diagnose and fix technical issues

5. Local Processing and Storage

Capspace is designed to process your selected screenshots primarily on your device.

Edited images and temporary working data may be stored locally on your device as needed for the app to function. You remain in control of photos and files saved to your device.

6. In-App Purchases

Capspace offers an optional one-time purchase for Capspace Pro. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms, privacy practices, and billing systems.

We do not store or process your payment information directly.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your images or personal data with third parties except where necessary to:

• provide core functionality through Apple’s platform services

• comply with legal obligations

• protect our rights, users, or the public

8. Data Retention

Because Capspace is designed to work primarily on-device, data retention is limited.

Images you select and edits you make may remain on your device unless you delete them. If you delete the app, local app data stored by the app may also be removed from your device, subject to how iOS manages device storage and backups.

9. Children’s Privacy

Capspace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can address the issue.

10. Your Choices

You can:

• control photo access through your iPhone settings

• choose whether to purchase Pro

• delete exported images from your device at any time

• uninstall the app if you no longer wish to use it

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Services

Capspace may rely on Apple services and frameworks, including:

• App Store / StoreKit for purchases and purchase restoration

• iOS photo access APIs for selecting and saving images

Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. International Users

If you use Capspace outside the country where the app operator is based, you understand that information may be handled in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdictions involved.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above.
